Should use an ID of less than 1000 for mdd user #101

Which version of MythTV were you using? (e.g. mythfrontend --version)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Normal build and install (note: not a clean install, previously had 0.5.3 
installed)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The mdd user should be hidden from the systems log in screen. AFAICT it is 
currently created as an ordinary user using the next available user ID (e.g. 
1012).  If it used a ID <1000 it would not appear as a choice in the log in 
screen.

If you are reporting a 'force close' issue, please attach relevant logs
(e.g. from 'Log Collector', available via the market).

Please provide any additional information below.
