Which version of MythDroid were you using?
0.6.2

Which version of MDD?
0.6.2

Which version of MythTV were you using? (e.g. mythfrontend --version)
v0.25.2-15-g46cab93

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. MythDroid - Streaming Settings - Uncheck use external video player
2. Set Frontend to Here.
3. Play any recording or video.
4. Recording/video streams fine for 1min and 5sec and then playback stops.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Streaming works fine when I use an external player, BSPLayer.

Could you please attach a vlc log (found at /tmp/vlc.out) and a device log
(logcat) that shows a failed streaming? Do all recordings/videos fail after
1m5s?

Yep, I've been having this problem too. I have an android sdk setup on my
workstation. I'll try to get a logcat output and post it here.

Ok, that logcat was easier to capture than I had thought. I'm using BSplayer
Free and it seems to work past the 1:00 mark, while the built-in player does
not. These logs are from the built-in player stopping after 1:00 or so.

FTR, I like the built in video player much better, since I can skip
forward/backward in the stream. Need any other attachments??? Let me know

Odd.. The player is claiming to have received a RTCP "bye" but I've no idea why
it would have.. Can only assume that VLC sent it - perhaps because an ES ended
1m5s in to the file?

I'll see if we can stop vlc from doing this..
