Music: Song restarts from beging when mythdroid regains focus

Which version of MythDroid were you using?
v0.6.2
Which version of MDD?
v0.6.2
Which version of MythTV were you using? (e.g. mythfrontend --version)
v0.25.3-25-g18c793a

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use mythdroid to play a song with mythmusic.
2. Open a different app on android table/phone (check e-mail, internet etc.)
3. Return to mythdroid app, which triggers the frontend to restart the current 
song at the beginning.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect the song to continue playing without interruption.

If you are reporting a 'force close' issue, please attach relevant logs
(e.g. from 'Log Collector', available via the market).

Please provide any additional information below.
Android devices are a Nexus 7 tablet and Samsung S3 (at&t).

I just committed r114, which adds some new frontend locations used by newer 
versions of mythmusic, but I'm not sure when they were introduced.. 

That should fix the problem but, if not, please attach some logs..

I've updated my android devices to mythdroid v0.6.3 and updated MDD on each 
frontend as well.  I no longer experiencing this issue.
