cannot delete recording #87

Which version of MythDroid were you using?
0.5.3
Which version of MDD?
0.5.3
Which version of MythTV were you using? (e.g. mythfrontend --version)
0.23
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.go to recordings
2.open recording that you want to remove
3.select delete, click yes on confirmation question

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected:recording to be deleted and return back to recordings list.

what I see:read from <ipaddress>:6543 timed out

Is your backend running on a particularly slow box? Could you post a logcat 
showing the error please?
