Adds Vehicle smoke usage when dropping off troops, or Jinking/dodging danger Adds road checks to Assault, Flank and VehicleJink (to improve manoeuvrability) Adds pseudo-fire team based bounds to infantry flanking together with Vehicles.

Relies on #341
