Toggle Keyboard Shortcuts Modal #129

Unsure if this or any new keyboard shortcuts meet the threshold set by #57. Happy to close this if it's not needed.

If this gets merged, I'd also be interested in adding shortcuts for opening the "New Feed" modal and using Esc to close modals.

@joekrall thanks for the effort, but I think the current shortcuts are sufficient. They do (and probably should) cover the most used functionality, and nothing more.
