Can not delete a message thread - it will get an empty thread whit a default date #476

What steps will reproduce the problem?
I got a new device.
Make a restore of my messages whit OI Safe (v1.2.9
Write a new message
Go to main view of my message
Mark a thread for delete
Delete that thread
In the end of my messages screen I get a empty thread whit a default system date

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
My message threat do be gone.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
V1.2.9 and ICS 4.0.

Please provide any additional information below.
This is only a problem if i delete a threat that i have restored.

"OI Safe" is an application for storing passwords.

Probably you meant "My Backup", but in this case you should contact Rerware LLC.
