Closer to a working Code Review policy. Formatting. #21

Make the Code Review policy look for the 'Code Review Response's and their statuses.

Change the formatting of failure messages. Try to align the messages in the three policies.

NOTE: Seem to be back to only one branch pattern getting evaluated?
