Improve logging #10

Dehydration:

Log variable names & values being written to a file.
Log a message when there are no variables matching a search prefix.

Hydration:

Fix a bug in logging # of files (issue #9)
Log variable names & values being read from a file.
Log a message when there are no variables within a file.

@MrHinsh I ran into problems trying to use these tools -- I didn't fully understand what 'prefix' meant (I thought it was the Task Reference Name). Having this logging would have helped me to understand the issue and fix faster.
