can't enter fullscreen w/ RiceVideo #245

Describe your system:
 - Linux distribution: Ubuntu 9.04
 - Machine type: 32-bit
 - Mupen64Plus version: 1.5 (binary)
 - Plugins used: RiceVideo

Describe the problem:
I can't enter fullscreen (with Alt-Enter or menu) with RiceVideo. Works
fine in both the other video plugins. Changing Audio or Input plugins does
not change the problem (not that I'd expect them to anyway). I have an
Intel integrated graphics card (using driver i915) running at 1920x1080.
Have tried many different settings in RiceVideo but to no avail. I have a
feeling this may be a RiceVideo bug.

Hmmm strange. It is working fine on my computer. I tried both trunk and 1.5
binary,
and it is working good. I am using 64-bit version though.

I have the same problem using Rice plugin....My linux distribution is fedora 12
and
my machine is also a 32-bit...and I'm using the same version of mupen64 plus -
1.5,
but it's the source version...but the Rice plugin issue only happened after I
reinstalled fedora 12...the first time I installed it was working fine...just
after I
reinstalled the problem appear...I hope this helps....

The only reason that I can think of why Rice Video would have this problem but
not
the other plugins is if Rice was configured to use a certain resolution which
was not
available as a fullscreen mode. For fullscreen output, only certain
resolutions are
supported (640x480, 800x600, etc), while arbitrary resolutions are supported in
windowed mode. Alfazer0, can you try running the latest code from Mercurial
(instructions in the Beta Testing section of the google code home page) and
re-open
this issue report if the problem remains? Thanks.

sorry, I no longer have that machine. Perhaps rommel.osmuin can help you test
from
Mercurial
