Users should be able to create their own workout routines / regimens.
These are recurring and repeat the same/similar pattern every cycle. There are variations between these patterns, which could be programmed in to happen regularly, or made to be reactions to certain events. For example, if a user doesn't increase strength on an exercise within 2 weeks, there may be a rule to change the exercise to something else for some time.
Users should be notified when they have gotten stronger (or weaker).
