cmake version incompatibility (used 3.10.2 when boost-cmake want > 3.12) #3

The build process used a 3.10.2 version of cmake, but boost-cmake ask for at least 3.12 causing the build to failed.

If any of the components involved require a newer version than what is installed in your environment and used during the build process, then you should update your cmake.
