Replace Panther wallpaper with Snow Leopard Aurora #107

What feature or enhancement do you propose?
The Growl PreferencePane shows the Panther default wallpaper under "Default 
starting position for 
notifications," which seems a bit odd to me considering it's been outdated for 
6 years now ;)

What problem does it solve/What benefit does it provide?
No direct benefit other than the fact that it feels more "modern," but I think 
that should be benefit 
enough.

Attached is a mockup of what this might look like.

We want to make this load automatically based on the current background. I need 
to dupe this ticket, just can't find the right ticket to dupe it against. 
Leaving open for now, but not milestoning.
