Prefpane tab for managing Extras

What feature or enhancement do you propose?
A tab in the preference pane from which the user can install, update, 
enable/disable, and uninstall Extras.

What problem does it solve/What benefit does it provide?
May make it easier for users to keep their Extras updated.

We could hide the Dock icons of all of the application-based Extras (currently: 
GrowlSafari, GrowlTunes, and HardwaeGrowler), and the user could enable 
(launch) and disable (quit) any of them from the Extras tab. This could also 
add the applications to and remove them from the Login Items list.
