Group notifications inside of a big bubble when idle #150

When users go idle, the notifications stack up. They can take over the entire 
screen, which is not useful.

What would be useful is a way to group them together. What I'd like to see is 
something where the notifications turn into a single line, all grouped inside 
of a bigger growl notification window, perhaps with a title bar saying "While 
you were gone" or something like that.

For bonus points, grouping them by application icon (smaller icon in this 
instance) and then being able to close or expand an entire application would be 
great.
