Growl Notification Dialog Does Not Bring up Dashboard or Mail Message to Front when clicked #59

It seems to be a bug that the Growl Notification Dialog Does Not Bring
up Dashboard when clicked.  Obviously this is a Dashboard widget like 
App Update that sends notifications.  When I click the notification, 
nothing happens.  Also when I click an Apple Mail notification, it 
does not always bring the email all the way forward on 10.6.2 and 
latest Growl.

For the dashboard widget, it's up to the dashboard widget to do something when 
the notification is clicked. So 
the dashboard ticket is not our issue.

For GrowlMail, please file a separate ticket. One ticket per issue please.
