Bezel display style ignores per-ticket placement preference, following only global pref #74

Bezel silently ignores the per-ticket placement preference.

Preferably, it should follow it.

Failing that, this should be hinted in the UI somehow.

Changing the owner on these to get them out of Peter's queue.

Bezel doesn't really follow the rest of the display system very well, it and
all the other queuing displays kind of just display where they are told. Growl
2.0 brings better support for this, with ability to have multiple
configurations of a single display plugin, and queuing displays which support
multiple positions can have a queue per position.
Quite willing to close this as won't fix, but will let Chris decide.
