Gini Analysis #15

As discussed today we need to get the Gini analysis ready using the scripts we have developed earlier. The analysis should align closely with Decan et al: "An Empirical Comparison of Dependency Network Evolution in Seven Software Packaging Ecosystems" - they did this for other systems.

We should do this for both GA and GAVs as otherwise we might punish popular GAs that release a lot of maintenance releases and therefore "split" versions.

@jensdietrich this is done. I have included a folder 'gini' in the overleaf. I also included charts of the top contributors (GA and GAV)
