6 years ago This project started as a provocation on Hacker News, after that a few people worked on it but it's now completely dead.
We did wrap a few function but we haven't released anything.
It seems that either no one knows about it, or no one cares about it enough to work on it.
So, I love idea of this project. However, I've introduced this project to lot of people and all of them dismiss it because they believe performance hit it will bring is unacceptable. Can you maybe do some benchmarks and explain how is this not such a big deal in your readme file? This opinion is really offputting lot of people.
