everything on heroku setup and ironed out.

clean up (optional)

• switch to a new email OR
• delete never launched apps
• delete apps we're the only owner on
• disown any others

  create new apps

• prefix with nko2-
• set NODE_ENV=production
• invite members

  update blog post?

• the heroku blog post is kinda not useful and confusing if we do all the work
  • but it's good to have it there for promotional purposes
