PlaceholderAPI is an extremely versatile and well-supported plugin allowing for messages relative to a player to contain much more relevant info. The changes I have made here are extremely simple.

I've been meaning to implement PlaceholderAPI support for the longest time now, but it kind of ended up being put on the back burner. This PR looks good though :>>
