Into the installation instructions in the readme file, complement the instructions on the .whl file by adding the following info:

"it is recommended to install the GDAL package from Unofficial Windows wheels repository" + "or use the .whl file that is already stored in the folder _wheels"
replace pip install GDAL-3.4.1-cp38-cp38-win_amd64.whl by something more generic like pip install <GDAL-wheel-file.whl>

in the case that the whl is stored in _wheels, then you need to change the path: pip install ./_wheels/<GDAL-wheel-file.whl>
