Can't cp into mounted chat #1

Hi! I successfully mounted directory and noticed that i can download files only from telegram to my local machine but not from pc into chat. The try to cp files into mounted directory ends with:

root@sbx:~# cp /tmp/45_photo.jpeg /u01/
cp: cannot create regular file '/u01/45_photo.jpeg': Operation not permitted

any suggestions why?
