A card where you can click the entire card to activate an embedded <a> element.

Naming

For all components that can be a button or a link or another interactive element underneath we decided to use visual-component-as-interactive-element. https://github.com/nl-design-system/documentatie/blob/main/docs/componenten/_component-naamgeving.md

So instead of link-card this component will be card-as-link
