Best Practice: geographic map #136

Component for an interactive map.

I don't think NL Design System will provide an actual implementation of a map (anytime soon), but it we can gather requirements and accessibility insights for folks who need to choose and configure a 3rd-party map solution.

As we don't plan to currently develop or include a map in our components. Let's use the same place for this documentation as #61 and #135 and not include it in our component-index as help-wanted
