For a single file upload there is the File upload component.

To create a user friendly pattern additional guidelines have to be documented.

For example:

Overview of uploaded files (and what you have already submitted and/or still need to submit)
Can uploaded files be deleted/downloaded/opened in browser
How to communicate that certain documents are required for a user to continue their flow
