Users should be able to track their status regarding for instance complaints, subsidy requests, etc.

A Process steps component is also on the backlog.

How to notify users of status history and updates
How does this work in a cross-channel environment where users can also be informed of status updates by i.e. phone or chat (a singular tone-of-voice and terminology should be used)
