A possible future addition to the status badge is the ability to add an optional leading icon to the status text. This could improve scanability of the status variant.

Een Status badge is een klein label dat de aandacht trekt. Wordt ingezet om gebruikers te informeren over de status van een object of een actie die is ondernomen. Vaak gecombineerd met andere interface elementen zoals lijsten of tabellen.
