feat: add support for bidirectional icons #2286

The following screenshot shows the breadcrumb navigation in both left-to-right and right-to-left text directions. Both examples use exactly the same icon, but the icon direction is switched based on the new CSS selector :dir(rtl).

Unfortunately in Safari :dir(rtl) doesn't detect the correct text direction in the shadow DOM — it always detectes ltr as direction.
