Een contractuele eis kan onderbouwd worden met een toelichting.

De Vertaling / Binding van toelichting naar NEN 2660 is nog niet bekend.

Dit is de taalbinding voor Annotaties. Een toelichting zou je kunnen toevoegen met eventueel skos:note
