Feature/extend gitlab mode #19

Now I try to create pull-request on unmerged and unfinished feature branch.

To the point:

  1. Fixed gitlab-goto-project
  2. Had to extend gitlab-show-issues with Project ID and in this way:
  3. Fixed gitlab-goto-issue (need to know project-id)
  4. Added function to describe project on list with "d" (describe) key.
  5. Project description buffer has button to clone to selected directory or pull if project is already there.
