Update Wiki and readmes #34

With the bioconda release now in effect, the wiki's/README's will need to be updated to indicate this is the preferred method.

Will also need to either

  1. Specify that when downloading the pre-trained data, it's necessary to clone the repo as setup_data.sh thinks it's in a specific location
  2. Modify setup_data.sh to allow for specifying a database location
