Styling classes #44

We have had the possibility to add styling to text or backgrounds earlier. Maybe we should re-introduce that?

There is note in the section about bolding and italics: "Other type[s] of formatting may be required in certain publications and, if such is the case, specific instructions will be given in the Editing Instructions." In what sense is it not possible to add styling now?

I think it looks good. I think we should add a WCAG warning, that a produced EPUB file using these styles might need postproduction editing in order to be accessible, in line with #46.

I added a sentence about WCAG-compliance. Closing the issue now,
