ASCIIMath validation #350

Some occurences of invalid ASCIIMath have been observed. It might be useful to add validation of ASCIIMath into the mix.

We will probably move to MathML in the future, which we validate with RelaxNG as of 1abe7f3d2732313bac93bddf6d0d6288172b10c6.

Implementing ASCIIMath validation would be a very welcome feature, which is why I'm leaving this issue open for now, but unless anyone provides a pull request which adds this feature, it won't be fixed.

MTM would like to use ASCIIMath also in 2020-1 EPUBs. However, detailed validation of ASCIIMath strings is not high priority, only that ASCIIMath is allowed.
