Single quotation mark messes up capitalized word #160

From EPUB: 'WHAT HAVE I TOLD YOU,' thundered his uncle, spraying spit over the table, 'ABOUT SAYING THE M WORD IN OUR HOUSE?'

The problem is the first word, WHAT, that is preceded by doble dot 6 and the triple dot 6 in front of the second word, HAVE. The same thing is also happening after the next singular upper quotation mark ABOUT SAYING.

Just checked that the UEB table indeed behaves like you describe. But are you sure this is not how it's supposed to be translated? Have you got a reference to the UEB manual?
