Contracted braille - hyphenation #168

Contracted braille get hyphenation, but it's unclear if the rules are good enough.

Not sure what you're asking here. Are there examples of words that are hyphenated OK when not contracted but not hyphenated OK when contracted? It is possible that a Liblouis table is written in such a way that it suppresses some hyphenation opportunities, but I don't know if it's the case for the Norwegian table. Anyway, fixing it would require completely revisiting the table. I don't know if we want to go there. We should discuss it with Lars.
