EPUB/HTML as input - move colophone #173

Colophon should be moved to end of book. Works with DTBook as input.

I've pushed a test that shows that the colophon works. Can you test this again and if you find an example where it doesn't work, send me the input?

XTML - tested five books. Works fine.
