Previously closed issues have not been moved from nlbdev/pipeline-mod-nlb to nlbdev/pipeline:

• Put compiled hyphenation dictionary under source control
• GUI - 3 useful options that don't work
• Either implement or hide unimplemented options
• Non-standard hyphenation patterns
• Some fixes to norwegian table (sami reverse circumlex, sami vs norse acute, dashes)
• EPUB3/HTML support
• Automatic numbering of notes
• Improved or additional generated content
• Make text alternating on odd and even pages when line-spacing is "double"
• Decide what to do when contracting norwegian text inside foreign text
• Should 5-2 be used surrounding text in other languages when using the norwegian standard?
• Remove text-transform: -louis-bold | -louis-ital | ... from XSLT
• Work towards a production ready system for NLB
• fix grade 2 word: "ett"
• In compound words with hard hyphens, the words on each side of the hyphen are contracted as separate words.
• Capital letters should be marked in contracted braille.
• Blocks of consecutive letters should not be contracted.
• Content on the titlepage should not be contracted.
• URLs and e-mail addresses should not be contracted.
• Do not perform contractions for foreign languages. Use 5-2 before and after.
• Default character for unrecognized characters
• Do not use "computer braille mode" for URLs or e-mail addresses.
• Option to treat all strong as em when no strong is present
