Missing cli from descriptor #213

I can build the system now and I can run the necessary script locally to upload new builds to our custom build server (our Jenkins server cannot be used anymore due to Java version issues etc.).

However, it seems that the issue now that prevents me from updating our servers to a new version using the updater mechanism is that the descriptor file no longer contains the CLI.

Adding to PIP project as this is a blocking issue.
