Yes, I totally agree this would be a great feature! For the database... this is the source of our codon usage data: https://doi.org/10.1186/s12859-017-1793-7

Which (totally correct me if I am wrong), is the same as you linked?

I see -- yes, same database but I guess your backend hasn't been updated to include the latest data for newer species? I'm interested in optimizing for Marchantia polymorpha (for which I can find usage tables at CoCoPUT but not at https://www.optipyzer.com/).
