env_linux.sh error when no keys generated #102

At https://github.com/nlesc-sherlock/emma/blob/master/README.md#setup-environment it says to run .env_linux.sh before generation of ssh keys.

If I do that I get the following error:

. env_linux.sh
Memory per node: 5200 MB
cp: cannot stat 'files/cod.key': No such file or directory
chmod: cannot access '/tmp/cod/cod.key': No such file or directory
