Pdal role fails when decompressing LAStools #137

When used in conjunction with lokum, pdal role fails on decompressing LAStools. No appropriate (de)compression utility found. Can be dealt with by removing/commenting out LAStools. These will no longer be used in eEcoLiDAR.
