Since we support windows and Linux, we should also have an explanation how to get it running on MACs

@wrvhage could you try again in a MAC? We just fixed an issue related with the compilation in Fedora. The option -DSQLIT_CORE should not be defined, otherwise, we will build a core function and not as an extension. Somehow in Ubuntu (maybe dirty environment) it was not a problem.

The issue is open for too long and it was just about a tutorial, we will close it. It belongs to the old SIG.
