is this repo still the main way to propose a SIG? or could we move it eventually to the new Intranet we are currently developing. Are there any thoughts about it?

My thoughts are don't move anything to the new intranet

It is taking still some time for the new Intranet to kick in

We're not moving right now. Probably next round.
