As engineers we often have multiple different projects on our hands, and our job requires us to divide our time and often navigate between them. However, as it was put recently in a Team Beta discussion, it may take some time to get into the "happy coding state", and switching between tasks (or even multi-tasking) can interfere with achieving this. Context switching, thus, is an important skill: how to do it efficiently and effectively, and set yourself up for successful and enjoyable working?
