As a result of the first webinar ‘Intercultural Sensitivity at Work – the fundamentals’, the professionals:

are aware of the complexity of culture, diversity and working inclusively;
know some theoretical insights that explain for cultural differences in general behaviour
(e.g. dealing with authority, focus on the collective or on the individual);
Have reflected on what cultural dilemma’s they currently encounter at work

This event is part of a three-part series on cultural awareness:
