Fix initialisation of dy and dz values. #116

I was looking over the code and this initialisation logic looks wrong unless I'm missing something?

Yep, that's not correct. OceanGrid is used to compute streamfunction values (which aren't tested anywhere). I used to have weird psiMin and psiMax values so this might fix that
