Zip files ontbreken in NLExtract Docker Image #377

Bijvoorbeeld bgt/etl/data/dummy.zip die nodig is in BGT ETL. Bestand zit wel in GitHub maar de action actions/checkout@v2 in de GH Workflow negeert bepaalde bestanden/mappen (bijv ook .git maar is ok).

updated .dockerignore to not ignore .zip files.
