Creates a Loggly transport for the v2 API

How did you like working with the new transport interface? I'm still not 100% sold on it yet, so I hesitate to merge this until I've settled on something concrete.

I like it a lot more, much cleaner then the old interface. I think it's good enough to move forward with, nothing will be perfect so it's not worth spending all your time trying to make it that way!
