plugin.events is deprecated in Hapi 8.0 #37

plugin.events.on were deprecated in Hapi 8.0.0 and also the variable referring to the plugin has been replaced with server to stay in line with Hapi conventions.

This should really be applied.

Sorry, I totally missed this pull request. I actually have a new version of bucker in the works in the v2.0.0 branch that fixes hapi 8 compatibility issues. I'll be getting that merged and published within the next week. Very sorry for the delay.
